1. What types of aquarium decorations does Evercreston offer? We offer a wide variety of high-quality aquarium decorations, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your decorations safe for fish and aquariums? Yes! All our products are non-toxic, aquarium-safe, and free from harmful chemicals. We carefully select items that won’t alter water parameters or harm fish, shrimp, snails, or live plants.

7. How do I prepare new decorations before placing them in the tank?

  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water (avoid soap).
  • Soak driftwood for 24–48 hours if needed to reduce tannins.
  • For new plants or ornaments: Soak in dechlorinated water before adding. Always follow specific instructions included with each product.
